For acute advice, you can also contact the Homeopathic Helpline on 0906 534 3404.  As always, it's wise to be prepared for acute illness (e.g. flu or chicken pox or food poisoning) by having the basic remedies at hand.  Be sure that your home remedy kit (e.g. the Basic 36 Remedies from Helios / Mother and Baby box from Ainsworth's) is complete and any empty bottles refilled, and to store them out of inquisitive children's reach!
